This luxury villa in Nikiti, Halkidiki was completed in 2023 as a full new construction project. The client requested a modern yet traditional aesthetic that blends naturally with the landscape of the Sithonia peninsula, combining premium materials with energy-efficient design.
The project involved full architectural planning, foundation work, structural construction, interior finishing, and landscaping. Every stage was managed directly by the GoldenKG team in close collaboration with the client, ensuring the final result matched their vision in every detail.
The 320 m² villa features open-plan living spaces, three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a private pool area, and a fully landscaped garden. High-end certified materials were used throughout, from the reinforced concrete structure to the natural stone cladding on the exterior facade.
